With almost 40 years of expertise serving tourists beachfront at Sandy Ground, Roy’s Bayside Grill Anguilla is a seaside dining establishment. What began as a Fish & Chips stand in 1982 has been transformed by Chef Proprietor Roy Bossons and his wife Mandy into a dining experience to rival the greatest.

Roy & Mandy’s daughter Claire Lynch and her husband Patrick now run Roy’s. The strongest of wills will be tempted by Chef Claire’s fresh range of locally caught seafood and Prime Angus Beef, even if Roy’s legendary Fish & Chips will always be a mainstay on the menu. Visitors have been coming back to this tiny slice of paradise year after year thanks to their friendliness, which is modelled after that of the old English Pub.

Couples, families, and groups are all welcome at Roy’s. Although not essential, reservations are highly recommended. Those who want to spend the entire day on Sandy Ground’s beach can use the beachside couches!
